- Communications: emails, messages, call notes and support enquiries.
- Marketing preferences: your consents and opt-outs.

- Pages viewed, referring URL, time on page, and interactions with our site;

We treat unpublished manuscripts and project materials as confidential. They are:
- Used solely to perform the Services you have engaged us for;

- Never sold, licensed, published or used for our own commercial purposes;

- A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets, subject to this Policy continuing to apply.
6. Telephone, SMS and Marketing
Where you provide your telephone number and consent, we may send you service-related and promotional messages by SMS.
- Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of purchase;
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply;
- Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance;
- Opting out of marketing does not stop essential service messages about your active project;
- Mobile opt-in data and consent records are not shared with or sold to third parties for their own marketing.

- Enquiries that do not become engagements: retained for a limited period, then deleted or anonymised.
You may request deletion of your project materials at any time under Section 10, subject to our legal retention obligations.
9. Security
We maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. These include access controls, encryption in transit, confidentiality agreements with personnel, and restricting access to those who need it.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. While we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security, and any transmission is at your own risk. Please do not send highly sensitive information by unencrypted email.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials you use and for the security of your own devices and accounts.
